I enjoy all your posts, Noelle. You reviews point me to good reads, I like your history/informative posts, and who can resist Garfield? I’ve also enjoyed seeing some of the trips you’ve taken and your experiences at book fairs. I would say keep ’em all coming! 🙂

I thoroughly enjoyed the Plymouth postings (not that I didn’t enjoy the rest!)

Personally I enjoy any posts with wildlife in them, but that’s probably already known.
You grew up in a big old three story house by the ocean. That’s got the ingredients for a good haunted house story Noelle!
So I guess my question to you would be…..did that house have anything unusual happen to it…..ghosts etc? I bet a few houses around there has stories!
You just have 144 more posts to go!

!44…whew! I don’t recall ghosts in the house – it was quite friendly. But I’ll think on it.

Congratulations on your milestone, Noelle.
I would be interested in learning about your daily and longterm writing process.
The posts that I find the most intriguing are when you’re teaching some aspect of history. All of the material regarding the Pilgrims was fascinating.

Thanks, Pete. I haven’t finished the Pilgrim history by far! And I’m starting to work on the Revolutionary War.

You don’t ask easy questions, do you?
I’m not sure what you did before I knew you. I don’t know why, maybe my memory is misbehaving. Maybe you don’t want to tell us. Oh, hang on, something medical springs into my head – something which helped the cosy mystery series 🙂
I also love hearing the stories behind the books. Your research on the Pilgrims was obviously exceptional, but what about other research for your books? Any good stories there?

Funny you should mention that, Jemima. There are loads of stories of the research for my mystery books – some of it rather hilarious. Thanks for mentioning this!

Congrats on the blog milestones, Noelle. I’ve been following you for a long time, so I think I know a bit about you now. That said, I’d love to hear about what you’re working on now… the next book(?). And I enjoy all your posts. 😀

Thanks, Diana! will have a cover reveal in a few months – I’m on the first rewrite now, another mystery. But after that I’m on to another historical novel.

Your grandchildren are going to love looking back on this blog. Do you put your posts in categories after you write them. I love family posts, your research like the Plymouth blog posts, I loved reading about your books and your book reviews. Your interviews, I think you have a great mix already. If you get that bike we could even see a bit from your day trips.

Thanks for the kind words, Charlotte, and no, I haven’t categorized the blog posts. I should. There will be pictures when I get that bike!

Many congrats! I love reading about “long-time” bloggers. We’ve learned so much about each other, but there’s always more to learn. I like how you ‘switch’ up your posts with different items, from history to Garfield to family to book reviews. Do you save all of your writing in a separate file besides posting in your blog? Will you/do you share them with your family? ❤

Thanks so much! I haven’t organized the posts into categories. I should. The family posts about my childhood will be organized into a book called Growing up Pilgrim, when I get around to it!.

Hi Noelle,
Many of my thoughts about your posts have been touched on by others, but for me it is just the honesty in your writings, it makes people feel connected, thanks. 🙂
